The project is based on the 7 elements of a positive lifestyle (space, technology, health and wellness, economics, housing, transit, and sustainability were explored, with housing, economics, and sustainability being the focus for the project. The housing focuses on exploring how to create affordable housing in Hollywood, economics explores how commercial, hospitality, and the local university along with local entrepreneurs can generate income to keep the cost of housing affordable, sustainability explores how to create a system that not only generates income for a sustainable lifestyle, but also brings innovation.
